PUR foam with open pores

Open-pore foam is made up of small foam pores that are not completely closed. Thanks to this composition, it is lighter and fluffier than closed pore foam, making it well suited for insulating wood-framed walls and roof bases, as it allows the wood to "play" with temperature changes without cracking the insulation layer.

PUR foam with open pores is designed as an insulation and soundproofing material because it creates a uniform thermal layer that prevents air movement while allowing water vapour to pass through without being absorbed.
