Injection of foam
Injection services consist of insulating with PUR foam, where instead of opening up the insulating structures (walls, floors or ceilings), holes are drilled with a density of 0.5m-1m and the material is injected into the cavities in the walls. The whole process is extremely fast as the foam expands and reaches its final result in as little as 15 seconds.
Filling the air gap between the brick or other stone and the load-bearing structure in this way provides up to 50% better thermal insulation, while also maintaining the building facade.
Spraying uses foam with both closed and open pores, which is equal in thermal performance to spray foam, i.e. it holds heat 2 times better than traditional insulation materials.
Suitable temperatures for installation are -15 degrees in winter and +30 degrees in summer, and as the injected PUR foam does not contain water, the structures remain dry.
